Description
The drawing will take place once $100,000 (2,000 tickets/pledges) has been raised. The winner drawn will be given a budget of $50,000 to be directed to any Idaho WSF Conservation Partner(s) listed on our website under the ‘Partner’ tab. Payment will be made direct to the outfitter and/or businesses on their behalf to book a hunt, purchase gear, custom rifle, etc. If the winner chooses to direct funds to a business that is not listed on the Idaho WSF Partner Directory, a 10% fee for administrative expenses will apply. Businesses and/or outfitters must be licensed and/or registered as a business. Credit may also be used with Idaho WSF to purchase other raffle or lottery tickets, banquet items including an auction credit and, any other items on our website.
Winner will not be given the option to receive any cash payment or payment directed to themselves or their own business. Any attempt to direct payment to themselves or their own business, will forfeit the entire prize and those funds will be directed to the endowment fund. Winner must provide a written contract and/or order form from the outfitter or business and payment will be made direct the outfitter and/or business. Idaho WSF is not responsible for cancelled hunts and any refunds for cancellations or returns will be refunded to the Idaho WSF. In the case of a cancellation or refund, the balance refunded to Idaho WSF (if any) may be re-directed to another business and/or outfitter.
Winner will have one year from the date of the drawing to use funds or, sign into contract with an outfitter. Any funds not used or committed to with a signed contract, within one year of the drawing, will be forfeited. All purchases are final and refunds are not allowed. The giveaway is void where prohibited.
The Idaho WSF Endowment Fund is a 501c3 nonprofit charitable organization. The purpose is to support the conservation, scientific, research and educational activities of the Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation, Inc., an existing Section 501c3 organization in perpetuity through the management of endowment funds.
