Description
Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation Endowment Investment Policy Statement (IPS) governs the Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation Endowment, Inc. (IDWSFE). The IDWSFE is a Supporting Organization of the Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation, Inc. and is governed by a Board of Trustees. The IDWSFE is an endowed fund whereby CPI adjusted corpus is protected and preserved. The IDWSFE IPS includes a spending policy target of approximately 4% annual distribution to Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation, Inc. to fund conservation, scientific, research and education activities of the Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation, Inc. All contributions to the Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation Endowment, Inc. are for exclusive use to support the conservation, scientific, research and education activities of the Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation, Inc., a Section 501(c)(3) organization in perpetuity through the management of endowed funds.
